Dear Spring,
While the snow is almost melted and the days are gradually getting warmer, the Zipfel Bramble family would appreciate Spring arriving soon. Ellie, Zach and Darby took advantage of a sunny day to hike and picnic to Hauser Dam on the Missouri River. It was lovely. Ellie loves to hike and eat egg salad sandwiches, pretzels and mandarin oranges on the trail. We saw bald eagles and heard a canyon wren (a rare inhabitant of Southcentral Montana but a sweet reminder of canyon country for Z and D). Fishermen were out in hoards and Ellie greeted each one with a smile. Also we practiced echos. Ellie loves echoes.
