Happy Halloween Everyone!

Ellie dressed up as a horse this year and had her first door-to-door trick-or-treat experience. She really got a hang of things quickly, clutching her jack-o-lantern lootbucket, walking and sometimes crawling up (to keep us with other kids)our neighbors porch stairs she would say, "trckkk, trckk" and "tank tu".








Since she wore her costume yesterday and today, we believe she actually knew that she was "dressed up" and even began to make a sound that was supposed to be a horse.

Ellie also is very aware of ghosts. She and I made one out of a basketball and bedsheet and hung it on our porch. She says, "ghost" and "boo!"

Perhaps the best part of Halloween for Ellie was answering the door and seeing all the neighborhood children.
