Grandma Has an Interesting Afternoon

Grandma Paula came home from a long walk on Thurday-- in a police car!

On her way home from Safeway, Grandma Paula encountered a lost 6-year-old girl named Ivey. This little girl had gone AWOL from her afterschool program and had walked more than a mile on some of the busiest streets in Helena trying to find her way home. By the time Paula stopped, Ivey was cold, scared and lost. Paula was the hero the day as she called 911, stayed with Ivey until police could determine where she lived and ultimately rode with the little girl in the squad car to see that she was safely delivered home. Good Job Grandma!

We will be ransoming the above photo for 2 dozen Aunt Helen's Chocolate Chip Cookies.
